I believe my participation in this program is my testament to the worth of the premium membership.
I shall add this, I had a problem with mixed coding on my site. I had no idea of what to do or even how. The tech support zoomed in on the problem and from their I was directed on the fix. This all took place with a dozen text messages and about a half hour. You may not know what that time frame means but that response speed is amazing. Need I say more?
